We lost a wheel bolt for our Swift caravan on our travels and Gateway Caravans got us going again with a spare bolt from their workshop. Fantastic service, thank you very much for helping us out.
She was very helpful and had great knowledge of the caravans on site.
Bought our first caravan a 2013 Coachman 380/2 in Sept 22 from the very helpful and friendly team at Gateway had a small leak issue with front windows which was fixed very promptly. We have just done a one month trip of the S.I 4500km.The caravan performed really well with no issues. It is so easy to tow and manoeuvre Thanks again Team Rob/Gwenda.
I purchased my Swift Charisma around Oct-Nov 2021. Took in on a short holiday over Xmas but it developed a little leak from the kitchen tap. Still, I enjoyed my little home for such a short time. Craig took it back to fix, but in early January, I had to make a sudden trip overseas and would be away 2-3 mths. Craig said to leave it with them at Gateway and he would put it in storage for however time I needed. I cannot express enough, the wonderful service I always received from Rochelle and for Craig and his team for helping me out. The best service I have ever received from any business. I was able to collect it today and am so very happy. I would not hesitate in recommending Gateways Caravans to anyone who is looking to purchase a caravan. - Thank you Craig, Rochelle and all the team
