Was absolutely appalled at the behaviour witnessed in store on my most recent visit. The owner was screaming at a man that had popped in to check if his vehicle was ready. Having worked in customer service, including mechanical workshops I for one would never speak to a customer in said manner especially being the gentleman had only called in to see how his WOF was going. In this visit I also witnessed their employee in the store also being spoken to in a very derogatory manner I must say she was a lovely woman and did not let the way she was communicated with effect how she handled myself as a customer. After speaking to some friends who have also witnessed these sort of happenings I am confused as to how this service station is still running.
So glad to find this place. A helpful kiwi explained how to buy gas.

Just a really good wee small town gas station, great service and card pay for after hours which is really handy. My preferred stop instead of the busy petrol stations in the city.
