I am so pleased with this company! I’ve had a lot of questions and need for clarification on the 30 day notice and move out process and Kayla has been very helpful and patient. Some of it was misunderstandings/confusion on my end but I still received very humble, friendly service. Thank you for being so awesome!!
GCPM is by far the best property management that I have worked with. We had a bit of a special case in getting our property ready for tenants and Meghan tackled it like a pro. I recommend GCPM to anyone who is looking for property management.
Garden City is hands-down the best property management in Missoula! They do a great job of focusing on keeping locals in their hometown and it seems there isn’t any other property management around doing the same thing.
I had read things on Google saying that this place would work with people with not so good credit scores after discussion and sometimes allowing them to pay a double deposit. Nothing else on my application was even processed after they received credit score. They were not interested in my good rental history or the possibility of a double deposit which was very disappointing.I am thankful for Vicky at Clark fork Reality that she works with low credit scores in some instances and gives people a chance. My credit score does not dictate the kind of renter that I am.
They where very nice on over the phone and told me how to go about doing a application on line and answered all my questions
GCPM took on a property for me in 2021. The house was in need of a lot of services and repairs. Meghan and her team were exceptional and helpful in every way. As a real estate owner, investor and property manager in a different community, I can say that my experience with GCPM was fantastic.
My boyfriend and I have been renting from Garden City for almost two years now, and so far we have had no troubles arise with them. The ladies at the office are kind, understanding people, who helped me personally to find a new apartment with very short notice. Some of their apartments are a little older, and ours personally is a little small, but we’re in a good location, and our apartment features a large window that I just love. Rent and deposits are reasonable. They also give fair notice for inspections which are rare, and when I have needed something from them, they have always been quick to act. They are one of the best rental companies in Missoula.
