There were so many more positive outcomes from my sessions with Nicola. She gave me the confidence to approach recruitment in a totally different way that would benefit me as a person and fits in with my own values. Nicola so quickly & effortlessly picked up on my words, tones and body language and was able to extract what I really wanted in a job. She also helped steer me in a direction to open up about my relationship and talk about what was important to me. I left each coaching session feeling so much more motivated, refreshed and ready to face any challenge!
Since working with Nicola I have been through various challenges, both personal and professional and Nicola has been amazing throughout. She has remained professional, caring and most of all by my side throughout them, not getting in the boat with me as such, but almost like a guiding sail on the mast of the boat. Her coaching style is understated yet powerful, I feel safe and supported but challenged and pushed when I need it the most. I have made both tangible and intangible progress with her and look forward to continuing to work with her! I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone that is wanting a space to explore their world and improve upon it!
I had a fantastic experience with Nicola at Game Plan Life coaching. I've always found it really hard to know what I want or like in life, gamifying self reflection really helped me get to the heart of what I want my goals to be and what I value in life. Being gently held accountable for the changes I wanted to make, no matter how small, makes me really feel like I'm making progress. Even if it felt trivial at the time, looking back now and seeing all the progress I've made makes me feel proud of myself and grateful to Nicola who helped me bring out the best in myself.
