Josh, our deckie and second skipper is very experienced (and now is fully qualified) . You can take all your catch home whole or Josh is able to fillet your fish on board for a small charge or professionally smoke and vacuum pack your fish overnight at very favourable rates. You can take your fish frames home with you or they can be donated to locals. Nothing is wasted.
