Team Funfest is proud to announce Trillian Trust Funfest 2020 New Zealands biggest annual free summer family event.

January 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th 2020.
9am to 5pm daily.

Story

Funfest Charitable Trust was formed in 2002 with the sole purpose of creating a free event for families of Auckland. Our focus was to bring families and communities together in a positive environment.

We've successfully created a fun safe place for families to enjoy every year. Thousands of families have grown up with Funfest. Our event has grown to an audience of over 30,000 people annually from all over the country and all ages.

We are the only annual Auckland summer event with free entry, free parking, free rides and free prizes.

There is simply no other event that compares with Trillian Trust Funfest in terms of attractions, scale and social responsibility.

Our event now includes an invitational day for children with special needs and their families.

We've also added the Funfest Family Expo promoting a range of products and services that encourage family well-being, health, education and careers.

Trillian Trust Funfest promotes positive relationships throughout families and communities.

Trillian Trust Funfest 2017 was fantastic.
We are now busy preparing for Trillian Trust Funfest 2018.

Trillian Trust Funfest is a smoke free event for families featuring; Free entry, Free parking, Free rides, Free prizes.

We expect all of our guests to read, understand and apply the following event rules to ensure we all have an excellent fun time together.
All guests enter Trillian Trust Funfest understanding and accepting entry terms and conditions of the venue.

Every guest entering the park must adhere to the following:

NO SMOKING
There is no smoking within the venue during Trillian Trust Funfest 2018. Please leave the park and smoke outside the main gates.

DO NOT BRING;
Tents and Gazebos.
Chairs and tables.
Glass of any kind.
Weapons will be confiscated and you will be denied entry or removed from the venue.
Alcohol or drugs. Any person consuming alcohol or illegal drugs will be removed from the venue by Trillian Trust Funfest security.
BBQ Unit or gas bottle. Cooking of food is not permitted.
Gang patch or offensive clothing.
Pets / Animals.
Steel or metal cutlery .

YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING;
Food and Drink - Please bring your own picnic.
Sunscreen / Sunglasses / Sunhat & Sunshade - Please protect yourself and others from the sun during the event at all times.
Water – Please remain hydrated during the event.
Plastic cutlery.

ZERO TOLERANCE TO VIOLENCE
Any threats or physical and or verbal violence towards others at Trillian Trust Funfest 2018 will not be accepted.
Any person/s involved in this type of activity will be removed from the park immediately by Trillian Trust Funfest 2018 security staff and police may be called immediately to assist.
The safety of all of our guests is critical and we have a Zero tolerance to violence.

EVENT RIDES
Please comply with all requests to adhere to ride entry and safety terms and conditions as displayed and communicated directly from each ride operator.
Please use common sense when entering and enjoying each ride.
Adults are asked to please supervise children who are waiting for rides.
We do not tolerate bullying of guests waiting for rides.
Any complaints of bullying will be dealt with by our staff and security staff.
This type of behaviour is not acceptable so please see our staff if you are bullied as you are waiting for rides.
Please note: Any person/s acting in a manner which may endanger themselves or others on the rides will be removed from the park by Trillian Trust Funfest 2018 security staff.

EVENT RIDE SUPERVISION POLICY
Parents and caregivers are responsible for their children and must supervise children at all times.
Our supervision policy is as follows: Children 10 years and under must be actively supervised by a caregiver 18 years or over.
Actively supervised means watching your child at all times and being close and able to provide immediate assistance to your child. Children 4 years and under must be within arms reach of their caregiver aged 18 years or over at all times.
In the event of an emergency please dial 111.

Rides are supplied by Mahons Amusements.

TRILLIAN TRUST FUNFEST STAGE
The Trillian Trust Funfest 2018 stage MC BIG D will invite guests onto the stage at various times throughout the event.
Please use the stairs provided to enter and exit the stage area in a safe manner when you are invited to the stage.
Prizes are awarded at the discretion of the stage MC BIG D and the stage management team.
DO NOT enter the stage area if you have not been invited by the stage MC BIG D.

TRILLIAN TRUST FUNFEST STAFF
Please feel free to directly approach any of our staff for help or questions.
Our staff will be wearing white t-shirts featuring the funfest logo.
Our security staff will also be easily identifiable.

SECURITY CHECK
Trillian Trust Funfest reserve the right to request a search of any bag, picnic hamper or object brought to funfest by guests upon entry to the event.
Trillian Trust Funfest reserve the right to request a search of any person upon entry to the event or during the event at any time if we have reason to believe there has been a breach of the event rules.
Trillian Trust Funfest reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests from the park at our discretion.

PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS - SUPERVISION POLICY

NO SOLICITATION
Any person/s found soliciting and or promoting any product or service or offer without prior written permission from Trillian Trust Funfest management will be removed from the venue and may face legal action and costs associated with such removal from the venue and any subsequent costs relating to cleaning and removing non-approved solicitation promotional material from the venue.
