Decor is a little dated but the rooms are clean, tidy and warm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lady at front desk was helpful as we needed to extend our stay at very short notice.
The location of this place is great, right in the heart of Lower Hutt with Queensgate shopping center right across the road, that's where the positives end.nThe room is very dated and very basic. I stayed here for work but will definitely never stay here on my choice.nA very basic tea and coffee making area.nA heater/ac thing on the wall that does not work. The room was very hot and no real way of cooling it down. The door on the balcony did open but not really suitable.nWould not recommend this place.
I have to say the hotel and the staff are awesome, im here with my partner in the hospital and they have extended my stay three times without hesitation ,food is bloody good too.
First time to this place due to cancelation of flight. Well used facilities, room okay had a musty smell, good staff and friendly service. Close to town and shopping loved that. Comfy bed.
It was a nice big room but would've been nice if there was air con in the rooms.nRoom service was really good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They provided with a cot which was nice. We came for a wedding and stayed here and the rooms are big enough for us 4 girls to get ready in. Everyday the room was restocked with toiletries and other things. Heaps of parking available and just next to the Queens gate mall.nOverall was a nice with big comfortable bed to stay at and rest.
