Friends of Animal Charities is a volunteer run, non-profit animal registered charity that helps to raise money for local animal organisations.
Friends of Animal Charities opened shop at the heart of Paraparaumu Beach in April 2014, set to raise money for animals in need on the coast.
The charity was set up by 20 local women, all of whom share a love for animals and a dedication to helping charities.
As a lot of animal organisations struggle financially, this group of friends felt more money was needed to be raised for local charities such as Horowhenua Animal Rescue, Kitty Cat Fixers and HUHA.
