Young girl at the counter wasn't nice at all. Woman before me who was elderly asked for directions, and she gave them to another area.nnOur CEO who used to work for a rep for Proctor and Gamble went in, bought some products for his now customer, was treated rudely, and when asked the best route re Cambridge, she mocked him. This has happened more than once here!nnWe've taken note of this, as it seems a theme in the Waikato with horse people, and cognitive dissonance, or perhaps poor customer service skills in generalnnEstablishing here from Auckland, wellmake sure others don't have the same ill fate, re atrocious customer service in the Waikato!

Not really surprised with the prices. But few things were on special. Overall was ok.
This is a decent place to buy your groceries, beer, and wine. It's surrounded by vegetable & fruit shops, butchery, and a chemist. This is the onestop you're looking for on your way home.
Good to support locally owned!
