Love this place the staff are wonderful and lovely and very pleasant they do go out of their way to help you. On Tuesday you can use your goldcard that is very helpful

Young girl at the counter wasn't nice at all. Woman before me who was elderly asked for directions, and she gave them to another area.nnOur CEO who used to work for a rep for Proctor and Gamble went in, bought some products for his now customer, was treated rudely, and when asked the best route re Cambridge, she mocked him. This has happened more than once here!nnWe've taken note of this, as it seems a theme in the Waikato with horse people, and cognitive dissonance, or perhaps poor customer service skills in generalnnEstablishing here from Auckland, wellmake sure others don't have the same ill fate, re atrocious customer service in the Waikato!
