I am very unhappy with the service. Unknown the address which right in the Auckland city “Albert street” the courier driver keep calling and ask where is the building? How can he get this job possibles Really?? Then leave the parcel at the office for us to pick up outside hours on the weekend. Also called to customer service to find out where is office to come pick up on Saturday but no answer. Next time shouldn’t use this company no more !!
Really easy to find, an absolutely lovely and knowledgeable receptionist, and very friendly staff.
Staff could be a little more customer focused but otherwise got the job done
Great space, great minds, great results!
