A pleasure to recommend these guys. Did everything right from regular updates with photos to pickup and delivery before and after significant repair on our caravan. Good old kiwi customer service the way it should be. Well done and thanks. John Waikanae
Glen from freeway used the truma diagnostic tool to assess our truma hot water heater. Reset it got it working. All in 1 1/2 hours He Assured us it's a good unit and the bill was only $130. We are Very happy customers. Thankyou freeway liesure RV plimmerton.
Neat guys at Freeway Rv Centre Plimmerton! Glen came through with a great solar setup for the Caravan. Chris provided the flexibility I needed for the install to go ahead.
The crew at Freeway went out of their way to sort my fridge problem. New fridge ordered from Auckland fitted and found new one was faulty. Not due to anything Freeway did. 2nd new one ordered and fitted immediately upon delivery. They also retuned my TV.nThe staff were exceptionally helpful and very professional. Also very honest with the charges.nHighly recommend this firm for all things motorhome.
Bit of a mixed review from caravan work carried out. My issue was electrics on a caravan with the external lights unreliable. I thought it may have been old 7 point plug or my vehicle plug. Assured it wasn't by Freeway and they changed my light set up and all seemed to work ok until it didn't 2 weeks later. Cost around $800.Took van back and they played around and got it going but said if it played up again the would need to charge to look at it. Fair enough I suppose.nLong story short is I ended up taking it to an auto electrician locally and he tested and changed 7 point pin on van and my car. Both were corroded inside and not conducting properly. Cost just under $150. Should've used him and saved over $600.nSuspect the p/t auto electrician didn't have the experience or range of testing tools my local guy did.
