Got estimate based on failed WOF at another tester, asked to get cost to repair, showed WOF sheet as requested, brought in car as requested, got an itemised estimate. Arranged day to bring car in for the repairs, when dropped car off got told they "forgot to add 3-4 hours labour to the estimate" and were unwilling to honour their estimate. I'll take my car elsewhere. Their response below contains completely untrue items. We had received a cheaper estimate from Hamilton East Auto Repairs which I mentioned over the phone, but I went to Frankton Motors due to their location. I then took my car to Hamilton East Auto Repairs who completed the work with much better service for a better price. Frankton Motors advertise as beating any other price by 10%, but were also unwilling to do this based on the Hamilton East Auto Repairs estimate as it wasn't a fixed-price quote. So Frankton Motors don't honour their own advertising, or their own estimates, then start making up "facts" when I report what happened.
Recently just had my car serviced for spark plugs and I have to say they are amazing at their jobs! The lovely lady at the desk Pearl is very good with communicating, breakdown of the prices and everything. Will definitely be back in the future for sure! Thank you guys
Perfect repair center for panel repair and other car repairs. I visited them for my panel and paint work and they did awesome work. Also, they provide me the Panel Beater Report for the work. Very happy with the work.Service: Vehicle maintenance
