I cannot recommend Paul at Franklin Vets highly enough. He performed my dog’s cruciate ligament surgery and was absolutely outstanding.nFrom the very beginning, Paul went above and beyond — he personally phoned me after a long day of surgeries and spent around 20 minutes explaining everything clearly and patiently, which immediately put me at ease. This especially is what made me choose Franklin Vets. The operation itself went smoothly, and Comet’s recovery was remarkable. Spend 12 weeks recovering and following the home care instructions. His leg is in fantastic condition — he returned to full function, rebuilt muscle in the leg, and is running as if nothing was ever wrong.nThe aftercare throughout the process was exceptional. The entire clinic is incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful. Although I live in Cambridge, I will happily travel to Franklin Vets every time my dog needs anything more serious than routine vaccinations. They are truly worth it.
We needed a orthopaedic vet after our cat Trippie was hit by a car and broke her tibia. Dr Paul and the Franklin Vets team were incredibly flexible and got us a same-day appointment, even though we'd never been customers of the clinic before. Trippie's surgery went flawlessly and Paul and the clinic were incredibly caring both to Trippie and to her worried parents, providing us regular updates, X-rays and photos throughout her three-day stay in hospital. We're blown away by the care she received and will be using Franklin Vets as our regular vet going forward.
Friendly staff and great pricing, always available and easy to work with. When we lost our cat, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a card with real handwritten signatures, a lovely touch during an otherwise difficult time. Keep up the good work!
I was panicking when I arrived and the staff were soooo efficient and friendly - they even stayed open later without making a fuss and calmed me down beautifully- real superstars. AND they took exceptional care of my 12 year old lab in an emergency situation- can’t rate them highly enough.
Franklin Vets are always able to fit us in when we really need it. All the vets and support staff are amazing and take a lot of time with us, explaining everything. We have had 2 dogs and 2 cats under their care and we love them!
