Dr. Melissa is a brilliant doctor, she is so busy but still give you a best suggestions and answer all the questions in details, reception booked my cat in urgent, test results quick, and got the medication right away. My cat looks getting better now. Thank you for all the work, your service 5 stars!!
We needed our little cat to have urgent surgery so reached out to Dr Nikki Frost who was absolutely wonderful, and Dr Paul Eason, who helped us immensely to get her in for surgery the next day! We would like to thank Dr Bryan Hughes for his very caring, professional consultation and for doing the surgery, which has been successful and our little cat is now in recovery. We would highly recommend Franklin Vets Pukekohe for their help and we cannot thank them enough.

awesome clinic for your precious fur babies. The staff are so so kind, and understand how animals react to going to vets, but they are not upset for long as a staff member gives them a calming balm.
I’ve been taking my dog and other animals here for a few years but I’m finding lately the service has felt like a McDonald’s Drive-thru, the prices are wild, staff are impersonal and it’s super weird that you always take my dog out of the room we are in to give her any treatments, such as the cytopoint injection that costs me over $150, how do I even know you’re giving it to her? I’ve never had a vet take my dog away like this. Maybe explain to your customers why they do this.
