I cannot recommend Paul at Franklin Vets highly enough. He performed my dog’s cruciate ligament surgery and was absolutely outstanding.nFrom the very beginning, Paul went above and beyond — he personally phoned me after a long day of surgeries and spent around 20 minutes explaining everything clearly and patiently, which immediately put me at ease. This especially is what made me choose Franklin Vets. The operation itself went smoothly, and Comet’s recovery was remarkable. Spend 12 weeks recovering and following the home care instructions. His leg is in fantastic condition — he returned to full function, rebuilt muscle in the leg, and is running as if nothing was ever wrong.nThe aftercare throughout the process was exceptional. The entire clinic is incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful. Although I live in Cambridge, I will happily travel to Franklin Vets every time my dog needs anything more serious than routine vaccinations. They are truly worth it.
Franklin Vets are always able to fit us in when we really need it. All the vets and support staff are amazing and take a lot of time with us, explaining everything. We have had 2 dogs and 2 cats under their care and we love them!
Today first time we visited this Lovely Vet clinic for our cat. From beginning to end, it was an amazing customer service experience we had. From the counter the lovely lady, she gave to our little furry baby calmer scent to make sure she is not stressed. Also inside of the clinic they have blanket for cover the cat cage to make them much calmer while in the waiting room which also include special compartment for if you like to put your cage while waiting. All staffs members were very kind and friendly. Our Doctor also was very polite and knowledgeable person, she provided for our cat the best care as well as nice talk. I highly recommend this place for who ever has animals wild or pets . I really appreciate their service and also very good pricing for the treatment as well as check up too. It deserves 5 stars and it never makes you disappointed. I am really thankful for them.
I am really amazed by the service and especially the caring for the animal or my pet, last last month my baby girl got taken by a lovely staff of Franklin Vet Pukekohe, even though it was heart broken for me to see my girl when I hear the phone call and picked her up the next day, cause I live at Papakura. I felt so special and the way they look after my baby even though she was deceased. I love the way she was kept and a lovely beautiful box and her details, even her paw prints cards it will always forever in our hearts but lovely memories of her. I want to say thank you so so so much for your lovely and noticeable service to everybody who walk in your place. Very professionals and such kind service and really love what you doing , especially the animals just like family members.nI think I will actually recommend this one to anyone, I have been to others but this one is my favourite and the best. It's good to know they are not far away from me.nBlessed day all and awesome awesome vet .nEven the branch at Papakura, I love it and will definitely recommend you guys to other animal lovers.
Franklin Vets was recommended to us and I am so greatfull they were.... we required their expertise with our German Shepard he became ill and sadly went down hill fast, the team at the Vets both at the counter and the vet Connor who helped us through these tough times were exceptional they are animal people and understand not only how your pet is doing but also the owners.nAgain thank you so much to the team you made this as easy and as peaceful as it could have been and for that we will be for ever great full.nRegards Roberts Family
