We have to come to the vet every month for an arthritis injection for my very cranky senior dog. Although she has a pretty bad record for being hostile the vet team always greet us warmly. The staff are amazing
Today we had a day no pet owner would choose to face. Our springer spaniel, woke up, stood up and collapsed about 7.30am. Naturally we were at the door to the pukekohe Franklin Vets when it opened at 9am. The staff were amazing, the lady on the front desk had us in a consult room immediately and we have worked with Brian, a beautiful person with patience, knowledge and empathy that made this experience tolerable. Nothing was to much trouble for this gentleman and the brilliant team around him.nWe are deeply indebted to them in a time that has delivered no certainties.nGod Bless
Visited the vet today for our cat's vaccine. Really appreciated the warm welcome and stuff given to calm the cat before seeing the vet - can't remember what it's called, but just a little cotton puff with it on, popped into her cat carrier. The vet himself was really lovely, kind and gentle, our cat was very relaxed and calm. The vaccine was painless and her overall check went smoothly. Got some advice about teeth and arthritis but didn't feel pressure to spend tons of money, which was appreciated. Very pleased with the service and the cost - which was lower than expected!
I had an wonderful experience with Franklin Vets. i was referred to them by a friend as i recently had a bad experience at another vet. Franklin Vets Pukekohe were just amazing. i was warmly greeted by the reception and attended to very swiftly. The operation was explained in detail by Dr Paul which put me at ease and gave me confidence to trust them. i was really impressed with the attitude of all the staff that i had contact with. We are first time pet owners and i must say that this was a wow experience that tells me that the staff of Franklin vets love what they do and truly understand what great service is. i highly recommend them and will be taking my dog to them going forward. well done to Paul and his team. We love and are so thankful for the care and service we receive whenever we've gone to this Franklin Vets team. We've been taking our tribe of cats here for the past 8 years. Although it's never a pleasant reason that gets us there, the team always make the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. From broken tendons and teeth issues, to infections and end of life care... they've been incredibly empathetic each time we've needed their help. We hope not to need them anytime soon! But are thankful they're there if we do :
