I am really amazed by the service and especially the caring for the animal or my pet, last last month my baby girl got taken by a lovely staff of Franklin Vet Pukekohe, even though it was heart broken for me to see my girl when I hear the phone call and picked her up the next day, cause I live at Papakura. I felt so special and the way they look after my baby even though she was deceased. I love the way she was kept and a lovely beautiful box and her details, even her paw prints cards it will always forever in our hearts but lovely memories of her. I want to say thank you so so so much for your lovely and noticeable service to everybody who walk in your place. Very professionals and such kind service and really love what you doing , especially the animals just like family members.nI think I will actually recommend this one to anyone, I have been to others but this one is my favourite and the best. It's good to know they are not far away from me.nBlessed day all and awesome awesome vet .nEven the branch at Papakura, I love it and will definitely recommend you guys to other animal lovers.
Very helpful team at reception, gave a calming spray to our cat. The vet was very thorough, asked a lot of questions to understand the issue. The consultation cost was ok, but the two drugs prescribed - WOW! Anyway, the cat is definitely more comfortable today. Thanks Franklin Vets.
Our dog got onto trouble by eating dry porridge with some sultanas in it. The vets made time available for him as soon as we could bring him over, and took quick action help him empty his stomach, which got most of the sultanas out. A couple of days later we brought the dog in again for a blood test, to confirm whether any damage to his kidneys had occurred - and to our great relief it was not the case. The vets explained clearly all the actions taken as well as the blood tests results. We felt that oud dog got the best help he could have - competent, knowledgeable and caring. Everybody in the practice was very helpful and kind.
So happy with how everything went today, as I was more anxious than my dog! Thanks again to the team for being so kind and patient and reception was so helpful and understanding, although I didn’t catch her name the consultation went so well with my dog and she handled her with care and I really appreciate it, everyone is just really really nice and I love that my dog was so comfortable and had no signs of nervousness which she usually does so thank you again
We have always received exceptional service from Franklin Vets. They are friendly and helpful and always spend time to determine the best outcome for your pet. Every vet we have dealt with has been excellent, explained things clearly and handled our animals with care. I would highly recommend.
