I had to have my beloved dog euthanized. The young vet was so understanding, patient and kind both to me and Jesse Did not rush the ordeal and was open and honest.

Despite being really busy, they are always accommodating with fitting your pet in for appointments. Good customer service from the front desk and vet nurse ladies.
Franklin Vets disappointed me with their lack of communication at my dogs recent follow-up visit. They had her for an hour, when I picked her up the vet nurse said the vet would call me later. After waiting two days I called them and the result was a phone call that both of us missed at 7pm and a short email with no real recommendations as to how to treat her eye condition. I've sent an email to the vet with my questions but had no reply at this point.
These guys are amazing. Sadly we had to say good bye to our precious Ellie-buns, but the care and empathy from staff was fantastic through the whole process. Thank you!!
Paul from this clinic did amazing surgery job on our little Frenchie. Our doggie was treated for brachycephalic airway obstruction syndrome. Surgery included Vertical wedge excision of external nares aka "nose job" and shortening of the soft palate. After the surgery our Rocky started to breathe easy and stopped snoring. We did it as prevention, I recommend not to wait when you Frenchie has a problem - it is much safer to do it when they are young. Good clinic, good care, recommend
Brilliant vets. Easy to book an appointment - I even had to change my appointment the day before due to work commitments and it was a breeze. They were great with my puppy getting his jabs. Doesn’t even bother him going, I think he’d like to stay.. probably because they have treats!

So much compassion and respect from this team, when my beloved cat was suffering advanced liver disease and had to be put to rest. They communicated clearly yet gently, and handled both the awkward logistics and my family's grief with professionalism and patience. They made a tragic time that much more manageable, and even sent a beautiful condolence card afterwards. 100% recommend bringing your pet/s here for trustworthy and comforting care
