Really comfortable and clean place to stay if you are travelling through NZ. The motel has everything you need and the owners are very kind and were more than happy to help us when we had travel problems. Would highly reccommend.
A lovely short break at the beach was complemented by the accommodation. The Unit was clean, tidy and modern. Everything was on hand and the hosts were kind, pleasant and courteous. Fingers crossed that more travellers come through to the beach in 2022. The Motel is an excellent option for accommodation. Best of luck x
We had a one night stay, lovely room and with easy carpark access. Its close to the estuary for bird watching and an easy walk to Mr Grumpys takeaways. Recommend for a great beach stay.
Very tired unit , tap on the bathroom sink did not work properly , no extra pillows or blankets , kitchen crockery was from the 80,s and looked like it hadn't been cleaned since then.nfor the price you would expect the unit to be a little more tidy and updated than it was.noverpriced and would defiantly not stay there again or recommend to anyone .
Basic units but with everything you need, comfortable bed, hot shower, no bar or restaurant but the boating club is a short walk along the shore line, food and drink on tap most days
