Only suggestion for those purchasing online or overseas a photo of the completed bouquet would be a lovely touch of customer service. My experience with Fox Road has been amazing! Over the last couple of years I’ve completed online orders for family, ordering gifts and flowers. At times, I have accidentally put in the wrong address or autofilled another address. I have had quick email responses and call back to amend these problems. Also Jocelyn has been so receptive to last minute delivery requests that have not been a problem. She goes above and beyond! I highly recommend and will continue to return as a costumer. Thanks again
The gift boxes have been great to send as thank you, get well and Christmas gifts to those in our community who have supported our service. We highly recommend Jocelyn and hopefully if we remember to order on time next Christmas get the logo crates option.
