This place was a brilliant choice for our family, we booked a standard cabin and used the shared amenities. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff are amazing let us know everything we needed and even the road conditions the morning we left. The kitchen was so warm from a fire going at the end of the room. Our room was warm the beds super comfortable. The family shower room was amazing, we have never come across this before but it made it so easy for us with our son with limited abilities. Thankyou for having us we definitely wished we stayed longer and will be back.
We had a brilliant stay here and can't recommend it enough. We booked the Luxury Two Bedroom Apartment, and it was genuinely fantastics. Clean, comfortable, and amazingly well equipped. Great value for money.nnThe reception staff went above and beyond, offering a warm welcome and sharing fantastic tips for local walks and sights.
This has been the best Top 10 Holiday Park we’ve stayed at in New Zealand so far. Everything is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. You really have everything you need here, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in their work.nnWhat made our stay especially pleasant was the atmosphere created by the staff. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure we felt comfortable.nnA special thank-you goes to Mar, who clearly runs this place with great care and attention. Her kindness and calm presence really set the tone, and it’s thanks to her that the whole place feels so welcoming.nnHighly recommended—we’d be happy to come back anytime.
Travelled here with the family in Oct 2025 - after having stayed at 5 different holiday parks this trip - we can honestly say this one was the best in terms of facilities and environment. As an added bonus all the staff, from counter service to the caretakers working in the background, were amazing and our kids felt very welcomed and comfortable.
Absolutely loved it. One night quickly became two. Amazing reception staff, friendly and nothing was trouble. Loved the family bathroom facilities, makes disabled showering so easy. Not sure I'll be back this way but highly recommend this park to all.
