Oysters were fresh! Salty and sweet flavour we got a mixed half dozen half shell & on dozen of grade B! Recommend to get half shell :nnBlue cod fish and chips was great too
Prices have gone up slightly from previous years, but thus seems to be the trend across New Zealand and the world at the moment. The staff was so kind and helpful and friendly!! Ready for takeaway in just 10 minutes. The blue cod was the best I've had in New Zealand so far, soft and delicious flavor!! Oysters were also unique and novelty, although I personally didn't love their different flavor. Would highly recommend a visit!
: we were able to purchase the oysters individually to try instead of needing to get them in a dozen or more.nMy sister bought 2 just to try - very fresh, sweet but feels that it isnt meaty enough.nnI got fish bites. U get to choose the type of fish u want.. the batter is fresh and not too thick. Very good.
Best oysters i’ve had ever!!! Trumps most of the expensive restaurants i’ve been at.nnThe staff are friendly.nnThere’s a bit of history to read while waiting for your orders.
Incredibly oysters that are shucked on site.nThe blue cod and chips is a mean feed.nAlso their customer service incredible too!
