Foveaux Hotel

Absolutely loved this stop. We were in late but Mike waited up for us. He had great recommendations for us around the area. The rooms are very nice, the bed soft, and the quick breakfast in the morning really helped us get going. We're planning on staying again!

This place is fantastic, stayed three nights this week whilst down in Invercargill for business. Mike & Pam are wonderful hosts, you are made to feel very welcome, its like staying in someones private home. They are genuinely interested in their guests and nothing at all is too much trouble. The local Bluff restaurants are great & also very friendly places. Thanks Mike & Pam

Foveaux hotel was the closest to invercargill with any rooms available, and I managed to get the last room with its own bathroom. The room was very small but had everything, and was clean. Mike very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is not operating at present so meals are limited, I went to the takeaways just a minute walk down the road past the convenient Four Square.

Would highly recommend staying here if visiting bluff, room was as described with the beds being super comfy. The owners were lovely and provided a complimentary breakfast.
