Extracted from the Linseed seed, Flax Seed Oil is nature’s most well-known and richest vegetable (plant derived) source of Omega-3, one of the essential fatty acids (EFA's).

Called 'essential' because they cannot be manufactured or synthesised by the body (of all animals), they must be obtained through diet or nutritional supplements.
