They were open on Friday 15/Apr/2022 which was so helpful when most of the supermarkets were closed. Offers everything as a usual supermarket. Small to medium scale supermarket. You can shop groceries, fruits, veggies, dairy, bakery items, fish and meat. Just by the main road. So, u will not miss it if u are passing by.
We ordered a platter or a girls weekend and we were all blown away with how great it was! It was delicious, all placed so beautifully and so we'll priced! I dealt with Annie over email she was so lovely to deal with and very prompt to reply and all the staff in store were friendly and helpful despite the store being really busy - great customer service! Will definitely be ordering again
Definitely in the top.For a small town 4square of course. Honestly i most enjoyed carrot and salary sticks with hummus, wish more stores would provide snacks like that.
One of the best ‘small town’ supermarket s you will find! Well stocked with a wide range of fairly priced products. Excellent, friendly and attentive staff. The in-house pizzas are excellent!
Located centrally and parking isn't too much of a hassle. Stocks most of what you need at a reasonable price and even has lotto and self checkout. Open 7 days with a late night on Friday
Very pleasant store which is well stocked and has very pleasant staff.
Hanmer is a well known tourist spot about 2 hours from the nearest city and four square is a small supermarket chain so l was expecting to pay a premium for my lack of planning when l decided on an impromptu week's camping, the very reasonable pricing was my first pleasant surprise. Add to that the great selection of fresh and shelf products, the cleanliness and the friendly service and this place easily earns its stars.

OMG just been served by gum chewing older lady who never spoke 2 the end with a thank u. Needs a course in customer service i think! We are not overseas tourist and have bought our money 2 this shop and wont be back if this is how your are served!
Well-stocked grocers in this beautiful wee alpine village. Friendly staff and adequately wide aisles to move freely along. A word of warning, though: get your bread early as the selection diminishes towards end of day.
