I've attended the Expecting class with Tommy and absolutely love it! She is great with direction and adjustments. Highly recommend Tommy and the studio.
This is one of the best places I have visited! Grace was full of knowledge, was so helpful and genuinely wanted to help with my issues. I felt heard, confident that her treatment would be beneficial and empowered that I could continue to help myself with the exercises she provided me and emailed me so I wouldn't forget them. Would HIGHLY recommend!
This place I highly recommend. My physio, Sam, so professional, very proactive and genuinely awsome, helped so much with my ankle and back injury, really gets to the root of the problem, helped me a lot, definitely my go to physiotherapist also did some pilates one on one with Holly, excellent instructor, and loved my chats with the receptionist a very welcoming, fantastic service always with a smile.. Thank you so much teamall of u are brilliant
