Laura is simply fantastic, my boy Rascal cannot wait to go in every time we arrive. She does an amazing job and I always have a beautiful and happy pup when I collect him.
Very happy to have found a groomer near my place that uses natural, cruelty free and plastic free products! Laura took great care of my anxious elderly dog who came home clean and happy! She was also very friendly and kind, communication was perfect throughout the booking. Highly recommended! Mini can’t wait to come back for treats and to see Scrappy and her new friends again!
We have been taking our dogs here for years and have experienced nothing but the highest professional standards, both in dog daycare and grooming. Reliable, qualified care and importantly Laura is fully insured which few dog walkers seem to be these days. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who truly cares for their dog and expects the best service.
Great experience! High quality grooming at a very reasonable price. She was super friendly and fitted my dog in at short notice. I always worry about leaving him with new people, but she took great care of him and when I picked him up he looked and smelled! amazing! I will definitely be bringing him back here :
Laura is friendly and helpful and the dogs love her! She always tries to fit me in to my funny work schedule and specifically checks with me the finer details of Harrie's 'style' as she knows I am a bit fussy... That said she always grooms her with welfare as well as cosmetic in mind which I always appreciate as it's reassuring to get a professional check!
I cannot praise 4 paws outdoors highly enough. Despite our dog giant breed being far larger than her usual clientele. She came to our rescue. His fur was matted due to health reasons I hadn’t been able to groom him properly . She was gentle and patient going at a pace he was comfortable with, I was expecting huge drama as he was funny about us going near the bad ones but he was completely relaxed all the way through. I was also expecting a ridiculous hair cut as some of them needed shaving out but she did an amazing job of making him still look good despite needing to loose the odd patch of hair here and there. In fact she did such a good job that people don’t notice until you point them out. Reliable, professional, conscientious, amazing with the dogs. an amazing groomer!
I came to cut my dog's nails, from afar. I called the phone, which does not answer, and no one answered the door either. Very strange place, can't recommend.
Literally shaved my poor Pomeranian down so you can see skin! She’s left his whole head where it is needed to be trimmed to keep cool, her excuse was ‘oh he has pretty colours so I left it’ outrageous! The pictures I’ve got are shocking she should not be allowed to ‘groom’ animals *In response to the owners reply* We’ve been using love your pets in angel for years, they are fab but sadly had been fully booked hence us needing to come here. We ask for a lion cut and short and get a perfect job as they cut the fur on ALL of the body not just his middle! You had shaven his fur on the body to the skin which is shocking, not one person who has seen him in person or photos have had anything good to say. Yes my partner left and didn’t say anything but called you back when I had said it’s awful and you responded with you are busy all week and can’t do anything! Day light Robbery to have sent my dog to the ‘doggy butchers’!
I’ve been using 4 paws outdoors for over a year now and have been amazed with level of detail. Laura has always intently listened to all my instructions and obviously has a clear understanding and compassion for my dog Dave’s welfare.
