I knew from my first phone call with Rav Biswas, Assistant Manager/Funeral Director that we made the right decision to have Fountains Funerals in Papakura help us arrange a beautiful service for our precious Mum Carol. It was a "team effort" by Fountains so thank you to "everyone" who played a part and helped our whānau during this difficult time to give our Mum the beautiful "send off" she deserved. A very special thanks to Rav. You were incredible, kind and so awesome to deal with. We were so grateful for your guidance and support you gave willingly and nothing was too much trouble. Your communication and leadership skills are superb and your an asset to Fountains and to this profession. If you need help sorting funeral arrangements, I highly recommend Rav and Fountain's Funerals in Papakura. They will definitely help you. They've been around for over 50 years so that says a lot. Best in the business

Such respectful, patient and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my Mother's very important wishes were kept. This has helped me cope at such a difficult time. I have no hesitation in recomending them to others.
Never an easy task when organising the funeral of a loved one. Myself and my family had the most incredible assistance from Rav who was outstanding from the minute the first ph call was made, throughout the week and right through to the bitter end. He listened to decisions changed every 5 minutes , ph calls made every 6 minutes just to ask the same questions because trying to grieve as well as be present at the same time was a very big job. Rav was so patient and understanding. Myself and my family were very appreciative of the time and hard work that went in to taking care of our mum, sister, Aunty, grandmother annd great grandmother and giving her the send off she deserved. Thankyou Fountains for making our Mothers recent farewell so special. A huge Thanku to RAV who did such an awesome job of organising & overseeing it. Cant thank the entire team enough for taking such good care of my dad and his beautiful send off. At a time when there is already so much stress and anguish, it means the world to know your loved one is being cared for with so much respect. All the staff we dealt with were compassionate and friendly - the service was made that much better with the recommendation of Ben Wilson as the celebrant. Thank you again so much Fountains!
A service that catered to my needs, Emma was awesome and respectful of our cultural protocols. The funeral directors center is well set out and the quality of the streaming service was excellent. Thanks for making this sad time easier.

From my entire family we all want to say thank you to everyone at Fountains, especially Brett for looking after us when we lost our precious Grandma. You were all so kind, patient and compassionate and really helped us through this sad time. Thank you
Fountain Funeral homes in Papakura were simply amazing. When we called Rav it was late, on a cold raining Saturday night, yet he was so professional and compassionate. He and Jill came the next morning to collect the deceased at our request as family preferred the body to remain at home that night. They placed a beautiful blanket over the body it was very respectful. Rav guided us through the paperwork later that day. By then we were all sleep deprived & delirious so he got us coffees and made the whole process easy and stress free and we all had a good laugh together. We are all very thankful to him for the way he helped us. And Linda behind the front desk is just lovely to deal with. If you need help sorting funeral arrangements I absolutely recommend Rav and Fountain's Funeral Directors in Papakura. They will definitely help you.
