When we first moved down to the wairarapa from Aotea Is, Auckland we fell in love with this park!!! It has only improved since with a beautiful upgrade around the pond and island area.nThe train and paddle boats are a wonderful addition and don't forget to cross the swing bridge and visit the deer!!nThere is mini golf, a cafe, an amazing playground and skate park as well!nAwesome spot to spend a day nLove love love this park!!
what a great park for everyone in the heart of Masterton.nits a must stop if your passing through but be prepared to spend a couple of hours.nplenty to do with the kids as well
Only a stopped here briefly but very lovely spot
Just stopped for a quick toilet break on a long weekend. The toilets were fine but there was no toilet paper left - not surprising as this seemed to be a popular place to stop. Plenty of parking and lots of trees for shade, saw some people getting their dog out of the car for a leg stretch.
Park was great toilets were yuck stink...nOn way back week or so later..still stink. And locked....fail guys sorry
