Wonderful restaurant with a variety of different Asian styles. Delicious food although not spicy at all despite having ‘spicy’ in the name of the dish, however I understand they must cater to a western audience. I loved it nonetheless. The desserts are next level, most likely top 5 in New Zealand easily. Service was exceptional, prices are fair. Highly recommend this restaurant!
The Taiwanese beef noodles is so authentic. The beef is so tender. The crispy red pork belly, honey pork and the Formosa Hakka stir fry taste good. The service is fast and the place has a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely come back to this place whenever we are in Ashburton

Pretty good Asian food for NZ standards. Restaurant was very big. We got there was service seemed a bit busy with only 1 person serving about 4 tables and the phone. Food was good though, we had the Chicken fried rice, Beef stir-fry and dumplings. Only the steam dumplings were not great, not much meat and overly thick skin. But the other dishes were fantastic.nnTheir desserts looked incredible too, but sadly we did not have the time for it.
We travel an hour for this restaurant as it’s one of my favourites!!nHowever! A little constructive criticism would be that the service is SO fast that it’s actually TOO fast. It feels very pushy to get out the door and I intended to order a few drinks but the entire dinner was over before I got a chance or was even offered a second drink. Please let us enjoy multiple courses and relax in your lovely restaurant
