We have been members of Form fitness for a couple years. Owned and operated by Garry and he is absolutely fantastic! Always looking at the best interests of his clients with personalised workouts, 24 hour access and great gym rates. For a personal gym experience we would absolutely recomend Form Fitness.

We needed a room for our groups. At a moment's notice we were able to use a vacant room for our needs. The gentleman in charge was most helpful.
