My experience with Foot Mechanics in Taupo was awesome today. It was my first initial consult with Innes but it was so informative and helpful and I walked away feeling that we are on the right track to get my issue sorted. Innes and Leona were great to deal with. I'm glad I chose to go to Foot Mechanics Taupo.
Both Receptionist and the doctor welcomed with a smile and Dr. Duncan explained everything patiently and very well and felt like I was actually being assessed.

Duncan is a lovely guy, very helpful and caring. Highly recommend their service.
Duncan was very informative and explained things great.... the orthotics I ordered arrived fast, the fitting and instructions was easy. Most of all my foot pain has reduced substantially making walking around all day a breeze! Thank-you.
Great service and the recommended solution has resolved my feet issue. Comfortable from day one and I have never had any issues with my inserts.
