Simply appalling. Product was faulty but they accepted no responsibility, and lied to us that the manufacturer said it was our fault. When we contacted the manufacturer directly they were totally helpful, accepted responsibility and compensated us fully. We cannot advise buying anything from this retailer.
Very bad service tgey should be in other trade but definitely not in hospitality. This is not the first time their staff been very rude.
