Fonterra lies on its packaging, saying Anchor products are 100% grassfed when actually their cows get fed palm kernel expeller as well. Palm kernel is associated with rainforest clearning and orangutan habitat destruction.nNot to mention the pollution of our rivers, fishing spots and drinking water through dairy runoff.nThere are just too many cows in NZ, and Fonterra needs to clean up its act.
Fonterra is doing a top job as the top climate polluter in Aotearoa. Methane belching cows and coal fired processing plants. An overbloated dairy herd reliant on palm kernel extract that destroys rainforest in SE Asia. Ultimate cruelty to the cows with newborn calves removed from their mothers. Industrial dairy is climate destroying cruelty.
