One morning I had woken up and my phone was full on blank, I searched on Google etc on how to fix this but nothing worked. Phone wasn’t even 1 year old, so I took it to the place I had purchased it from and it’s under warranty so I was sent here. Service was great and all but I really needed my phone for the weekend as I had dropped it off Friday.nnI had no emails, no calls and the live tracking was not updating so I just assumed they’re still working on it. I called the Tuesday to get an update and they told me it was ready the day I had dropped it off, they told me they sent an email Friday to let me know which they did not, as I was keeping tabs as I really needed my phone. The email they were talking about was sent to me AFTER I had collected the phone and gone home which is really annoyingnnOn top of that, I was told upon collection about $50 fee? Why are customers to pay $50 when you find nothing wrong with the phone? I get the Apple cannot cover it but, I wasn’t the one who stuffed up the phone? How was I suppose to know nothing was actually wrong? In my scenario, the fee should always be waived which it was, thankfully I’m talking about this so others are aware.nnWhen you take your phone in, call them as soon as you drop it off and keep following up especially if you need your phone because they won’t email you at all and the live tracking tracks nothing but the air.
Great service, excellent communication, and knowledgeable. I had to get my iPhone 14 Pro screen fixed due to extensive damage from being dropped. My insurance company assigned a repair company but when I called them multiple times they never picked up so I rang a number of other Apple certified repairers. Fonefix were the only repairer that offered to look at my phone immediately. When I got to the store the service agent was welcoming and kind and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help. Although I hadn’t booked in for an appointment they squeezed me in because I live 4.5 hours drive away from Auckland and there are no repairers nearby. When they inspected the phone they noticed that my Face ID camera was also damaged but they didn’t have the part to repair. So we arranged another date for repair. They kept in contact via email and when I returned for repair I was seen to immediately.
Good value and service. I changed a iPhone X screen just $299 and went second times for clean phone dust. The action is quick and price value
First of all, I should blame myself for changing the battery when it was still showing 91%. Second I do appreciate the prompt arrangement by Fonefix, but I am certainly upset about how the team dealt with the problem where they left a big long mark on the inner of the frame on my iPhone 14 Pro max when they changed the battery. The management was at first trying to push the ball away by saying things like: well, it is an old phone, and you have signed the paper, you did not raise it up when you took delivery,… which is not the right attitude dealing with an incident like this. There is no caring nor intention to investigate further. They said they will check the camera, I doubt they will come back with something! but how would I be able to put an inner scratch without separating the screen from the body myself. Awaiting management’s response tomorrow.nnP.S: I guess there are lot of similar complaints like they suggested today, but a lot of them are obviously bulls hitting the team. That, I fully understand!
I just had a samsung flip phone screen replacement done on my phone and very happy with the service and didnt take long to fix good job done
