Made with mainly three tools: My hands, A rolling pin and a small knife..

Needing to set up a good base locally (Lower North Island), with the intentions of eventually moving over to Australia.

Specialising in Children's cakes. However I have done many others, including (but not limited to lol) a rather larger than life 'adults only' one..

Friendly and welcoming staff. Yummy homemade sandwiches snacks and cooked breakfast, nice atmosphere, parking out front. Perfect
I popped into Fondant Memories when my dog was in the dog Groomers a few doors along, Oh my god the cakes I so nice, the poor dogs shaved bald now where I keep going back. You think its your little secret until you tell someone and they've been here confirming how nice it is here.
Popped in for a quick cup of tea while in the area. Clean and a nice environment. Friendly host. Not sure about the cakes as didn't have enough time to try
We ordered some cheesecake filled Easter Eggs from Fondant Memories. These were beautifully presented & tasted amazing. I would 100% recommend this company.
