At the beginning of 2015 I decided to change my career path and become a Personal Trainer.  I have wanted to do this for a long time.  Health and fitness is a very big part of my life and I feel passionate about helping others to reach their health and fitness goals.   In my role as a Personal Trainer I motivate others to lead a happier and healthier lifestyle.
As a successful Personal Trainer I am enthusiastic, have an outgoing personality, listen and understand client’s needs and goals.  I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and fitness and believe healthy eating is also an important part of the journey, therefore I am also able to offer nutrition advice.
I hold National Certificate in Fitness (Exercise Consultant) (Level 3) and Certificate in Fitness (Personal Training) (Level 4) through New Zealand Institute of Health & Fitness.
