A beautiful Buddhist temple that’s definitely worth a visit. The cherry blossoms are stunning at this time of the year, and the unique atmosphere feels both peaceful and solemn. The onsite vegetarian restaurant is delicious and very reasonably priced. Just a heads-up: there is a dress code — long pants or long skirts are required for entry. Dressing respectfully is a way to show respect to the Buddhist tradition, so plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
Fo Guang Shan Temple is a serene and beautiful place to visit. The temple grounds are peaceful, and the architecture is stunning. Remember to dress respectfully shoulders and knees covered. A great experience where you feel welcomed from any walk of life.nThe vegetarian cafe offers delicious food be sure to check the opening times of the cafe and be aware that it can be very busy at times.
This was an experience that moved my spirit... It was very personal for me and I am so grateful this temple was presented to me on my birthday. Very special place
A very calm and tranquil place to visit. The fully vegetarian cafe has delicious food even for a regular meat eater. The gardens are lovely and the have regular exhibitions.
