I’m always greeted with warmth and a smile when I come through the door at Flow. This is my little bit of peace in my week and I love how the yoga room is quiet/no talking and you can drop in to that peaceful place as soon as you enter and get set up. The teachers are all lovely and knowledgeable. Love coming here!
