Twice now have seen the young guy driving the work van have road rage. Window open and all. This time on his way to the gym which was mere metres away. Not a good look in a business vehicle.
Five stars because of their customer relationships, showroom helpfulness and reliability to meet a deadline. Product installation is thorough. I’m about to order from Floormart for the fourth time! Ensure that you check the exact product exact colour name number so there’s no mix up.
Floormart carpet layers Dan and Mason did a very fine job of laying carpet in my house. They put all furniture back, tidied up, vacuumed and locked the house prior to leaving. They are to be commended.
The service I received from Brett and Jannie was first rate. They were extremely responsive to my quite demanding needs and timeframes and the communication was excellent. Can’t fault them.
From the first point of contact with Brett through to installation done by Sam, my experience couldn't have been better. Nothing was a problem and they took the stress out of it all. Highly recommend Floormart Hastings!
Took my order, booked my install, and took my money, but did not bother ordering the product and only informed me of this the afternoon before the confirmed install date. I gave them an opportunity to make things right and complete the job, but they never bothered to phone me back at the agreed time. Had to get a refund and go elsewhere. Incredibly disappointed.
From the minute we walked into the showroom through to having the carpet laid the team at Floormart provided excellent service. The team were all happy and helpful. We would recommend Floormart to family and friends.
I have no idea how this company got my work email but I have unsubscribed several times and replied to aender with polite messages to take me off mailing list and this week I get an email asking for a review...click on red or green face depending on service. I have no clue on service, product etc but they are extremely good at spam emails!!! Not happy at all!!!!!
Supplied and installed vinyl planks professionally and promptly. I found them very ethical to deal. Highly recommend. Chris Evans
Have bought many a house lot of carpet from these guys and generally product quality and service is very good. Would recommend and just in the process of buying more from them
