What a great team Flooring Xtra have been for both us personally and the charity I work for. Firstly they helped out by laying some carpet in our new children's foster home free of charge. When it was time for our carpet at home, of course we wanted to give them the opportunity to do ours. They came with their crew who were very professional and did a fantastic job. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service and care at Flooring Xtra Tauranga. I had been let down by another company and was trying to manage the carpet and vinyl installation from Auckland. Valmae was amazing. She was very reassuring and kept me in the loop with the time frame. The Carpet and Vinyl installer went the extra mile as the vinyl laying needed a lot of prep. From start to finish I give this company 5 stars for excellence.

I have recently had the pleasure of meeting Luke from Flooring Xtra when he come to do a couple of small jobs for me. Both times he was great to deal with and kept in touch with dates and arrival times. I could not fault him or his workmanship and once again say it was a pleasure to meet him and have a contractor who was respectful and came at the time we had arranged. Also a big shout out to Jo who I had dealings with who was also a star in that she kept in touch with me regarding any queries I had.
