Very poor customer service. My partner was ignored even he had an appointment fixed. The reason she gave was “ your name is too long” . Will never go back.
Staff despite being very busy were polite and attentive. The shop itself appeared very tidy, clean and well presented.
One of the best travel agents around. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always go the extra mile to find the best deal. Highly recommend.
Sat on the waiting bench inside the store for a while waiting to be seen. I was not acknowledged, told someone would be with me, or even greeted by anyone. There was a lady there who wasn’t with a customer - she was just staring into her laptop. I left after a while a bit bemused and will now just book online.
Chris did a wonderful job, very knowledgeable and experienced which is great when you haven't travelled alot. Very friendly and efficient. Totally recommend Flight Centre Napier.
