Really impressed with this gym. Great equipment and gym setup! During a trial workout one of the personal trainer's PT stopped to ask if I was going all good and how I was enjoying it. Great to see friendly PT's that are interested in gym goers outside of their own clients! The friendly staff, great equipment, good music and overall great vibe of the gym is why I joined with Flex today!

Amazing gym in Rotorua, staff are always super friendly, equipment is always clean and of high standard, gym members are super respectful and because the gym is more quiet than others in Rotorua, you can always get your workout done quickly. The sauna is also a good edition especially for the price. Would highly recommend for everyone :
Amazing facility with passionate and friendly staff! The gym is very clean with great equipment. Staff are always willing to help out and give advice and tips and the vibes are great! The sauna is also a great edition!
The best gym and staff ever . Would not have been able to come as far as I can if it wasn’t for such a welcoming gym!! The best group fitness classes with the best coach’s which has got me so out of my comfort zone. Couldn’t recommend a gym anymore to anyone
