Great local gym with a family - feel!nI've never been a member of a gym before out of fear of 'doing it wrong'. This gym is so nice, the facilities are awesome, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, the equipment is state of the art and easy to use even for me and the PT's are exceptional, Katelyn specifically!
I came to flex from another gym where I wasn’t progressing.nI trailed a Level Up class and haven’t looked back!nThe support and training has been great and I’ve never felt so fit and strong! Love the vibe!
