Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Beautiful facilities and constantly updating.
Haven't been training for roughly 5 years. Couldn't have felt anymore welcome than how Flex made me feel. Gear is minters and has exactly what I need and even stuff I honestly can not wait to try. First week back. 4 sessions in. Life is good again. Thanks Flex!!!

Favourite gym in Hamilton I can choose to go to any of the flex gyms but always come back to this one. Equipment is always clean and tidy and in good condition. If we ask for new exciting machines Tim always pulls through! He is constantly asking us what we want more of in terms of supplements and equipment 10/10
