Such an easy process to buying a home. Very high quality and even better a cash back and blinds that came with the home. We love our new build and would recommend Shal from Waiata Shores Fletchers to anyone looking for a top notch low maintenance homes. Close to wool worths and parks for the kiddies!
Very happy with the service I have received and love the quality of my new home.
There are lots of problems in all the homes in our neighbourhood.nnOvertime I realised how greedy FL really is. They use cheap materials eg laminate benchtops, particleboard cabinetry etc to build the homes which all looks nice when freshly built but does not last long. They will not replace anything that does not come with a warranty from the supplier.nnWord has been going around; you just need to talk to the right peoplennNot worth the high price.
We had an incredible experience with Fletcher Living and the service from our sales agent Mr Trevor Rowe was amazing, he treated us like family. The design and build quality of the house is outstanding. We are extremely happy and would definitely recommend Fletcher Living. Thank you to the Fletcher Living team for giving us such a wonderful experience.
