We were recommended Fletchers Living by a family member who is also an architect, for the building quality and workmanship. Shout out particularly to Kaaren Wilson, who was our point of contact with the sales team, from the very initial viewing to post-completion. Kaaren is well organised, clear and quick to answer questions, and kept us informed. Considering we are first time buyers who currently live overseas and travel extensively, we also found her honest insights, knowledge and guidance incredibly helpful for us. She’s very patient and obviously genuinely cared about her customers’ needs. She sets the bar very high!
Overall, I regret buying a house from here—in terms of the pricing, small & big remedial issues, the ongoing construction noise, poor soundproofing, and the unhelpful after-sales service and so on. In particular, I regret that I didn't have the building inspected before buying, simply because I trusted the company's good name. It has been an expensive lesson.
Friendly, very accommodating, very available. Great service and support before, during and after purchase. Stephen and Orlagh worked great as a team; Stephen was amazing when Orlagh was on Xmas holidays. Matt, the Site Manager, was also very helpful.
We dealt with Sandy North who facilitated our first home purchase, from start to finish she was fantastic. As we’re first home buyers, we gained so much reassurance and confidence from Sandy as she carefully walked us through the entire process so that we had peace of mind. She has such a genuine approach where we easily trusted in her through each steps. Sandy is also very open and communicative which we appreciated greatly. We would highly recommend Fletcher Living based of Sandy North’s service which was the cherry on top of the beautifully built home we purchase.
