Such an easy process to buying a home. Very high quality and even better a cash back and blinds that came with the home. There are lots of problems in all the homes in our neighbourhood.nnOvertime I realised how greedy FL really is. They use cheap materials eg laminate benchtops, particleboard cabinetry etc to build the homes which all looks nice when freshly built but does not last long. They will not replace anything that does not come with a warranty from the supplier.nnWord has been going around; you just need to talk to the right peoplennNot worth the high price.
