I specialise in helping clients achieve fitness and weight loss goals, and pregnancy/post pregnancy training. Studio based at my home in Titirangi for one on one or group sessions . I can provide mobile services, train at your home, work or at your local park (great way to exercise with friends).

My New Year’s resolution was to get fit again, so I tried a few local gyms and decided to give F45 Glen Eden a go. I’m super glad I did. It’s a great gym! Each workout is different so you don’t get bored and there’s lots of different weight options for each exercise, so you can take it at your own pace and not wreck yourself. So if you’re thinking about it, do it!

I've just joined and feel so welcome. I have weakness in my hands due to a medical condition/had a c-section recently and the coaches offer me alternatives/safer ways to do different excercises to best my needs/current ability which is super helpful. Class sizes are small so you always have space to move and people are friendly.

F45 Glen Eden is my fitness family.  I work from home, so it is a great way for me to socialise, and also hit my fitness goals at the same time. I enjoy the camaraderie with the trainers, and my gym buddies.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time thus far with F45 Glen Eden, this space has been instrumental to the growth and acknowledgment of my own personal well-being.  Too often as busy parents, busy people we don't invest enough time into self.  This is  my investment, and its going great!

I have been attending F45 Glen Eden for over a year now have lost around 38kgs - 40kgs and can honestly say, this the best studio I've ever been to. I had attended 4 other studios sporatically and didn't enjoy F45 all that much till I started attending Glen Eden. Best trainers EVER- super kind and approachable. I would not have kept coming if it wasn't for them, so I really attibute my weightloss and fitness to the team at F45 :-  Thank you guys, forever greatful!
