I LOVE THIS PLACE! The sessions used to absolutely destroy me but thanks to help from the girls and the amazing trainers I can feel myself getting stronger and lasting a bit longer with each class. The best part is my kids also love coming here, and keep bugging me to go! Not only has my body started to sculpt but my eating habits have changed for the better, I feel that I have more energy, and I can lift heavy things with ease lol. Massive shout out to Ashleigh, Brooke, Rose, & Ruiha - <3 The best coaches out!
