My Journey
After gaining over 25kg from being pregnant, yoyo dieting, going to gyms and losing a whole lot of confidence, I was at a low, and weighed 90kgs. I was so unhappy with how I looked and felt! Suffering from post natal depression my Doctor said exercising would help, along with medication. So I sat in front of my computer searching online for another form of exercise that I could actually enjoy and see some long term benefits from and I came across a boxing class. I tried my first class not knowing what to expect and was hooked! That was the start of my journey to being a better me! I was so inspired by my instructor that I wanted to make this a part of my lifestyle. I never missed a session and over the period of a year I had dropped a considerable amount of weight. Unfortunatly the instructor moved on to another job and I was gutted!
I needed my exercise fix. I had started on this new path and I didn’t want to stop! I felt amazing, my confidence came back and I started to cut back on my medication, So I decided to study to become a personal trainer so that I could do this on my own. I qualified and then trained to be a boxing instructor and a accredited nutritional therapist. Now weighing 65kgs (my goal is 60kg), I am off all my medication and trained for my first half-marathon in September 2014! It has been an extremely hard journey, having slip ups and normal stresses of having a young family but with so much perserverance and believing in myself I am almost at my goal weight! Never give up! You are stronger than you think!
I am not about the numbers on a scale, or what to eat, not to eat etc, I am about helping you to look stunning, feel stunning, i've-never-felt-so-alive-lifestyle and about helping you finally becoming who you were always meant to be, gorgeous, vibrant, unstoppable.

You do not suck, it's the people at home on the couch eating Tim-Tams watching Oprah who suck. Soon you will feel better, you will feel healthier, more competent and strong. You will feel alive."
