This studio has been an absolute life changer for both my physical and mental health! Over the last couple of years I have learnt SO much from Renee and the coaches, about how to get the most out of my nutrition and exercise, as well as learning how to love myself and my life in every way! Forever grateful for how much Renee and the studio have helped me become the strongest and healthiest version of myself, both physically and mentally  Highly recommend The pt sessions and group fitness classes, they are the best I have ever tried!

Meeting Renee and joining PWR fit studio has been a game changer for my mental and physical well being. I have seen immense improvement with respect to my mental health, strength and energy levels only after a couple of weeks since joining the studio.  This place has such positive and uplifting vibes. Everything from the energetic coaches, to the delicious healthy smoothies, coffees, to the group fitness classes …. makes this the best fitness studio I have ever been to. I wake up every morning excited to start my day at this amazing studio. I cannot stop raving about how great this place is.  Extremely grateful to Renee and her team.

Renee and the PWR FIT STUDIO team have changed by life. I had to have a full hip replacement this year so I started prepping my strength and core doing PT with Renee leading up to the op. I am now 12 weeks Post-op and have built up to 4 x classes per week. The community is incredibly supportive, the equipment and studio is brand new, the location has easy parking and there's a smoothie bar on-site. The instructors are highly skilled, fully of personality and energy, and will adapt all exercises and formats to suit your level whilst still pushing you to do your best. At 47 I was starting to lose my confidence and strength, now I feel like a new woman. I can't wait to get out of bed and get to my 5.30am classes. The most beautiful space ~ from smoothies, smoothie bowls & coffee to protein powders, yummy cookies, herbal tea, group fitness classes, personal training and so much more magic. Everyone has such inviting, warm energy. The smoothies & smoothie bowls are beyond delicious...made with love! If you're ever in the area, you have to make time to stop in x x x
