Hands down the best gym in the Mount. The staff are all super friendly and it’s such a well thought-out space. You can tell they genuinely care about the environment, they do the small things daily that add up, like keeping plates organised so machines always have what you need. It’s always clean, runs smoothly, and just feels easy to train in.
I was down at The Mount for the weekend and wanted to check out the best on offer for a cheeky workout. All signs pointed to Fit Nation and I was not disappointed. This gym has it all, with top tier weights and cardio equipment, multiple functional studios and more. The staff/owners were super friendly and helpful too. Awesome gym, heaps of space and equipment. Multiple rooms for different training, gear is really good quality. Infrared Saunas available, beautiful yoga studio, spin studio and a functional training room. Cafe, Physio and massage. Amazing, friendly staff. Fully recommend
Amazing gym with friendly staff, very clean and great equipment. Lucky to have a gym like this in our area.
We loved using this gym. Good classes, equipment and the benefit of the sauna included! We were relocating to Christchurch due to work and the team kindly waived our fee for ending the contract earlier. Would recommend if you are looking for a gym in the Mount!
