I am passionate about Nutritious Healthy eating and exercise and bringing my family up in an environment that promotes Wellbeing.

When I graduate I wish to become a Personal trainer and Wellbeing Coach with Fit for Life epresenting a healthy life balance.

A Solo parent of 3, working 25+ hours per week as an events/ office administrator
I manage to fit in 3 Fitness bootcamps and 3 strength training sessions per week.

A Healthy nutritious diet and plenty of water and the help and support of my children make this busy life all the more rewarding!

I first approached Michael to be my PT as I took his boxing class and I loved his energy and work ethic. I definitely made the right choice, Michael's attitude is perfect for what I need in a trainer, he's a good laugh in between sets and makes me feel super relaxed and comfortable. When we're in the zone, he is able to push me to complete more than I ever could on my own. He's a great teacher and works on all aspects of my life, including building good habits week by week. I am getting stronger by the week and I always feel amazing after our sessions. Michael is a wonderful guy and I'm so glad we get to work together every week!
I had a 121 learning boxing session on a Saturday morning with Michael, I have had been attending classes in my former gym for a year and wanted to improve my position and punches. I was able to approach Michael and ask if I could book in for a taster session. Michael showed me more about positioning my footwork and to keep it in a diagonal line, improving my hooks, straight punches by using power from using the full body rather than just arms. Also tips on how to practice and a five way punch combination. Which I don't think I have been able do before. Would recommend Michael for someone who would like to learn or improve their boxing skill, I found him a good guy to learn and train with. Very grateful for the session and happy to leave this review.
Michael is a friendly and professional PT who really gave me the confidence, strength and guidance I needed to get in shape. I really appreciate the work Michael has done with me making every session a challenge for me as Michael pushed me , corrected me and kept me motivated to get the best out of me. I highly recommended Michael Thanks for all your work and such an amazing results
Michael Booth was my personal trainer for several years, who I found to be excellent. He was excellent in terms of setting up bespoke training sessions and targeting my problematic muscle groups, e.g. my glutes and Upper leg area in particular. I had issues with excessive stiffness and recurring lower rear problems gutes, which Michael coached me through with skill and knowledge. He also encouraged me to take up pilates classes to reduce my muscle tightness. This actually Worked very well. We did a lot of boxercise work which I found very challenging initially, but I saw the benefits after a short space of time. Lastly he also helped me with nutrition by supplying me with high-quality energy shakes and vitamin tablets.
Michael is the best instructor I have met , my experience was excellent, he is a good professional man . I do recommend him without hesitation .
Would highly recommend Michael I done pad work with him for 6 months really improved my fitness and sharpness! Also help with stretching as I had sciatica! Also gave great nutrition advice. Highly recommend Michael to anyone of any level
I have been training with Michael for past couple of years and the expertise and guidance he provides during my training sessions is absolutely amazing. Along with the weight training programme, he also tries to educates me how to improve my overall lifestyle. He talks about body posturer, nutrition, sleeping patterns etc. during the training session and he always send useful information when I am not training so that I could stay focused. His consistent updates and redesigning of my sessions keeps me progressing consistently. He truly cares about his clients, and he has the skills to develop plans that will truly help them, so I highly recommend him if someone is looking for a PT.
Michael is a fantastic personal trainer who I would highly reccomend. I was really impressed by his knowledge in all things related to excercise, diet and recovery methods. His attention to detail , supportive but challenging approach , and motivational skills make him the real deal when it comes to getting the best from personal training programmes.
