I am happy with the repair on my wedding band the jeweler did a fine job, my only gripe is that the job wasn't done in the time that was given, and if you are short staffed it only takes a phone call to let one know there will be a delay. Thanks
Today I went to enquire about having my engagement ring resized and was served by Patricia. Currently the earliest appointment for this is in 2 weeks. But I was very very lucky to find they could do this today. After the 30 minute appointment my ring was resized and rhodium plated. Absolutely thrilled to have this precious ring back on my finger. Fantastic service thank you so much.
Was such a lovely experience-as it normally always is. I was lucky to be served by Angela. She was really lovely, very helpful. I threw a couple of curve balls at her when I presented a e.voucher. A voucher I was given via my phone-not a paper or card voucher. It wasn’t exactly straight forward and she hadn’t come across one before but was most helpful in trying to sort it out. Unfortunately after deciding on Pandora items the voucher wouldn’t allow for Pandora items. She then showed me other pieces in your shop. On top of that I was looking for some earrings for my mum, she was very helpful in picking out pieces I was describing what perhaps my mum would like.
So overwhelmed by the positive experience for my fiancé and I. The service from Tina was so warm and friendly and her expertise to help find the perfect ring was amazing. We will certainly be returning for when our big day arrives to find the next perfect ring. E mihi nui ki a koutou Fishers for making our moment so special.
Johnny at Fisher Jewellers was great to work with, after a little false start his suggestion of adding to an existing necklace worked out fantastic with the end result being just what the doctor ordered.
