My view of the product for obstructive sleep apnea is very bad.nnThe Representation of the company in India has been given to highly unprofessional people, who are ill mannered and have less knowledge on the product. Since my purchase of the product on 26th December 2011. I have just been complaining to the distributor , the banglore head office and writing emails at the new zealand office, but nothing concrete has been done. Almost 25 times people have paid visits but are unable to provide the solution.nnHigly dissatisfied and would really not recommend the product to any one in need. I as a customer have been breached with trust and i suspect the professionalism of the company.nnFrom providing a second hand machine when we paid for a new one to providing us a unhygenic replacement , leaking masks and unattended complaints, we have experienced it all. NOT RECOMMENDED
